Raylene (Reading Recovery tutor) observed me on Tuesday 9th April. The purpose of the observation was to review a child's progress and come up with next steps. After the observation I took notes on our discussion and then adapted my planning to try and accelerate the child's progress further. Weekly I plot the children's progress to ensure acceleration and notice changes in progress.

Wellbeing at school survey As part of my role as the within school teacher for our COL I have analysed the Wellbeing@School survey and set some areas of focus to report back to senior leadership.

In both reading recovery and the classroom I try to display children's work so they can feel a sense of pride and ownership of the space.

In class I encourage the use of Te Reo and try to integrate it when/where possible.
